placing an order & getting it shipped

 

Privacy Policy: We highly value and respect our customers' privacy. We do not share or sell customer information.

Payment Terms and Type: b. hartley will accept payment via credit card and money order. All payments must be made in full prior to shipment of order(s).  Orders over $1,000 require 50% deposit upon order placement.

Wholesale Order Minimums: Six one-of-a-kinds or six pieces from one collection -- three of which must include a pair of earrings, a necklace and a bracelet -- is the minimum order accepted. Orders must also total a minimum of $300.00. When ordering wrap bracelets for the first time, at least one of each size must be purchased. This will ensure proper sizing for every customer. It is imperative during the selling process of a wrap bracelet that the customer try it on. If the bracelet is too small, it can cut into the customer's wrist, causing pinching and bunching of the skin. Conversely, if the bracelet is too big, the stones will not display correctly, distorting the design of the bracelet. 

Shipping/Delivery: Shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships and provided with a tracking number. Fulfillment of product is approximately 30 days from the order date. (Keep in mind each piece is intricately handmade). Orders can be expedited upon request, when possible, for an additional fee. Orange County customers may request hand delivery for a fee in accordance to the proximity of our Costa Mesa studio. All orders over $1,000 will receive free shipping.
