We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our brand. If for any reason a b. hartley piece is in need of repair, contact us immediately at +1 (714) 330-7142 or e-mail us at customerservice@bhartleyjewelry.com. If the repair request is made within 30 days of the purchase date, we will repair the piece free of charge. Any item(s) returned for repair after 30 days will incur a fee. Repairs must be accompanied by a repair order and sent via UPS to:

We reserve the right to charge for repairs on items damaged by misuse and/or mishandling. We repair only b.hartley brand jewelry. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on repaired items.


Handmade jewelry must be handled with gentle care. Some stones are much more delicate than others and may break if dropped or hit. Sterling silver, 14k gold and gold filled tarnish over time and may require polishing. Keep in mind many stones can not withstand polishing agents. The safest way to polish your jewelry is to use a soft, non-abrasive cloth that does not contain chemicals. If you need to ship your jewelry, secure each piece individually in bubble wrap.
