returns & exchanges


Return policy: Since we are a wholesaler of handmade jewelry, we make each piece according to your order. As a result, returns will be exchanged for b. hartley credit upon approval of our customer service department. 

In the rare case that you receive damaged product, you must e-mail a claim to customerservice@bhartleyjewelry.com within five business days from the date your order is received.  Our customer service department will issue a return shipping label upon approval of your claim.  Any claims made beyond five business days from the date the product was received will not be accepted. If you need to ship your jewelry, secure each piece individually in bubble wrap.
